| ProCurve Secure Access products have provided customers with a modular approach to unifying wireless and wired mobility, enabling network managers to easily deploy edge-enforced access control on existing 5300xl switched networks. The ProCurve Access Control Server 745wl, working in conjunction with the ProCurve Switch xl Access Controller Module has provided a specialized, highly secure wireless access solution for demanding client environments since 2006. Due to constantly changing business needs and the new additional Wireless LAN product offerings by ProCurve, ProCurve Networking by HP announced the End of Sale of the ProCurve Access Control Server 745wl to be September 1, 2008 or "While Supplies Last". In addition, the ProCurve Switch xl Access Controller Module was made available to customers until December 1, 2008 or "While Supplies Last", after the End of Sale of the ProCurve Access Control Server 745wl.
