The ProCurve Switch 2700 Series products have successfully provided customers with an unmanaged 10/100/1000Base-T switching solution since 2002. Due to the availability of lower-cost 10/100/1000Base-T switches for ProCurve Networking, the sale of the ProCurve Switch 2700 Series was ended on November 1, 2007.
The recommended replacement product for the ProCurve Switch 2700 Series is the ProCurve Switch 1400 Series which offers plug-and-play simplicity and silent operation via fan-less design.
