Total Call
Operating from Casablanca in the French-speaking Kingdom of Morocco, a call center serving 2.7 million customers in France expanded from a single floor to encompass an entire three-story, 2,500-square-meter building, nearly tripling its desktop positions. Accomplishing this expansion of Total Call Morocco required increased bandwidth, wireless capabilities, and the cost savings of IP telephony. Local reseller Teleco Maroc steered Total Call toward an HP ProCurve Adaptive Network solution, which provided the reliability, performance, security, scalability, and total cost of ownership (TCO) to enable Total Call’s ambitious expansion.
